Shipping and shippingcosts
Your order will be neatly packaged and, if available, and when your payment is received by us on the same or next business day sent to you.
The payment, you can do safely and quickly through our website via iDEAL payment on our bank account. The iDEAL payment is immediately visible to us so your order will be shipped quickly. You can also perform with Paypal payments from multiple credit cards or your paypal account. Pick and cash payment is possible, but only by appointment!
For clarity, we will still indicate that your payment in advance is not always visible immediately. For payments from some banks it will take a few days before your payment is received by us.
With every order you will receive an invoice with VAT. If desired, you receive the order at a different address as the billing address. In that case, we clearly ask the shipping address in stating your order, and also to indicate in the comments or the invoice must be sent or with the order, or that it should be separately sent to the billing address.

Unfortunately we can through a bad experience with postal delivery abroad, sent only packages. Our experience is that normal post unfortunately, very often does not arrive at the place of destination. Because of this we have chosen for registered mail and parcel shipment which we can follow and which is properly delivered to you.
For larger packages are different rates. The shop automatically calculates the correct postage for you. You can see this at the bottom of your order in your shopping cart. Should it appear afterwards that the shipping sit down in another weight class, you get the difference back.
If a shipment to another country wish is not listed, we ask that you prior to your order send us an email. Then we will send you the right cost by mail and by ensuring that your country will be added to the site so you can place the order online. If possible, we send packages all over the world.
